Guidance, Employability & Learning

The Five Lamps Organisation has a successful track record of supporting people by delivering Information, Advice and Guidance, as well as Mentoring support, to help people to find jobs, training, voluntary work and progress in their careers.

We have three teams within our Employability service which reflect the three key elements of the customers’ journey to employment

    Engagement;

•    Employability (skills development and advice & support); and

•    Employer Responsiveness (engaging employers, moving into work and workforce development).

We have one of the largest cohorts of advice and guidance professionals in the voluntary and community sector in the North East.

We offer a customer centred service, this means we listen to what our customers want and do not tell them what to do. We offer support for as long as our customers need it and help them to plan and achieve their goals.
