In 2010 we supported 34 businesses with a business loan.

We currently have limited funds, but we can make loans to new start and small businesses who have been trading for up to 12 months and who, for whatever reason are unable to borrow money from other sources.

We understand that without access to finance, many businesses cannot get off the ground and others are unable to expand. 

Our typical customer is a sole trader and our funding is very flexible and can be used for equipment such as tools, machinery, stock, rent, insurance and marketing material.

We work with customers throughout the Tees Valley area (including Stockton, Middlesbrough, Redcar & Cleveland, Darlington and Hartlepool) to further develop their growth plans and enable local people to reach their potential.

Key loan features:

• Our business loans range from £1,000 to £20,000.
• Up to 36 month loan term.
• Monthly repayments by direct debit.
• Typical APR 21.9%.
