Back on Track provides crisis support to residents of Stockton Borough in the following ways:

Crisis Support for Daily Living Expenses

AIM: To help meet your immediate short term needs for goods or services that arise because of a disaster or unforseen circumstance.

Awards are only available for: food, baby consumables, clothing, heating and travel. In most cases support will be provided to cover needs that will usually last no longer than 7 days, but in some instances support will be provided for a longer duration.

Settlement Support

AIM: To help you remain in the community or move back into the community after a period in supported or unsettled accomodation.

Awards are only available for: beds/ bedding, furniture, white goods, kitchen equipment, floor coverings, curtains, travel and storage/ removal costs

If you are not eligible for support from Back on Track, Five Lamps will try and support you bu signposting you to other organisations in Stockton Borough that might be able to help you
