The online loan application is in four stages:

Personal details:

This section asks information such as your name, address, national insurance number, date of birth etc.

Loan details:

This section asks how much you want to borrow, if you have had a Social Fund loan, the number of children that you have, your marital and household status, any previous addresses that you have lived at, your employment status and if you receive any benefits.

Financial information:

This section asks you for your bank account number, address and sort code*, your income and expenditure details (how much money you receive and spend each month) If you don’t have a bank account we can help you set one up! Contact us on 0800 458 0120.

Additional information:

This section asks you your ethnicity and if you have any County Court Judgements (CCJs) or default payments on any other loans or credit cards you may have.
