The Five Lamps has a strong track record of successfully engaging with local business and organisations. We understand that the nature of business changes over time and as a result we are continually looking at new ways of working with employers to identify their needs and meeting their expectations.

We have various projects that can support employers. Through our Train to Gain provision, we can provide specific training requirements for employed staff (full and part time), self-employed people, volunteers and employment agency workers, such as:

•    NVQs
•    Literarcy and Numeracy Support
•    IT Traniing
•    Employability Training

Where we are unable to deliver training, we will outsource provision from another provider.
 
We also provide a highly effective Job Broker Service from our dedicated Employer Responsive Team, which ensures that the right person is put forward for the right job. The Job Broker Service acts as an impartial advisor to potential employees and employers.
