NVQ’s in the workplace
We work with a range of local businesses and employers to deliver an NVQ’s programme directly within the workplace. We work closely with employers to ensure that the NVQ does not only meet the needs of the business but also the training requirements of their staff as well.
The NVQ’s are delivered using various methods of assessment including:
• Observation
• Witness testimonies
• Professional discussion using MP3 players.
Customers on the NVQ programme receive an Action Plan ensuring they understand the process completely. We also have an option on the NVQ programme to enhance the customers’ knowledge of the subject area by attending various workshops in their chosen field.
