The Five Lamps Organisation has a Management Committee of up to 20 members, who meet every month (with the exception of August) and are responsible for the strategic direction and policy of Five Lamps.  Members of the Management Committee are elected to serve for a period of three years.

Currently there are 11 members of the Management Committee who are drawn from the local community and from a diverse range of professional backgrounds.
