Our dedicated team of Care Assistants will support you to live independently in your own home. We currently offer care services in Stockton South. Services we provide:- Personal Care including bathing, showering and washing
- Dressing/undressing
- Making and changing beds
- Preparing and serving meals
- 15 mins "pop ins" / Medication Administration
- Cleaning/ Ironing/ Shopping
- Social calls to reduce social isolation
We also offer private care across Stockton South This can be provided during the hours of 7am – 11pm Monday to Sunday. Our service is flexible and length of times can vary from a pop in call of ¼ hour to check you are alright, ½ hour, hourly or multiple hours visits during the day or evening. Our aim is to listen to you and take into account everything that is important to you whilst focusing on your independence, rights to choice, dignity and respect. The service is available 365 days a year and inclusive of an on-call service outside of normal working hours. We provide friendly, experienced and fully insured Care Assistants who have all had a Disclosure & Barring Service check and references obtained.
