We have been dedicated to supporting our local community throughout the Covid pandemic. In 2020 we were successful in a bid to the National Lottery Community Fund to set up a Pandemic Crisis Support Project.
The Project
We will provide up to 14 days of support for people who live in Stockton-on-Tees who are self-isolating or shielding.
What support is offered?
·Daily telephone support
·Food Parcel
·Household cleaning products
· Collecting food shopping or prescriptions
· Sorting out immediate problems such as energy or housing situations.
· Referrals to relevant supporting networks
